Where can I buy Terran factories?

(Note: The following only applies to X3TC. In X3AP you can find several shipyards in the Terran territory, which sell Terran stations.)

In order to be able to buy Terran factories, you have to complete the Aldrin Expansion. During this plot you will gain access to a shipyard, that sells most of the terran factories. All other Terran shipyards only sell ships.
