| Do commands to wingmen reach all wingmen? |

The shortcut keys reach all wingmen, everywhere. It doesn't matter if they're docked on a carrier, in a station, in another sector - they'll all launch and follow you if you press Shift+7, and will all attack a target when you press Shift+6. Aside from that, normal communications rules apply. For example, if you communicate with all docked ships, then choose all wingmen, only the docked wingmen will receive the command.
