Whatever you do, do not e-mail us. We have a forum for just this purpose. In the left menu you can see "Community"; click that and then click on "Forum". This will take you to our community forums.
If you have a technical problem with X Rebirth, then please visit the X Rebirth Technical Support forum. Before posting an own topic, please check whether any similar problems like yours have been reported and whether any of the posted solutions help you already.
If you create an own topic, please make sure to choose a descriptive title referring to your problem and to include all required information named in the very first announcement topic. The more pieces of information you provide, the easier it will be for everyone to help you.
Please note: We cannot provide technical support for a modified game, be it because you have third-party scripts or mods installed or because you modified the game yourself. If you encounter a technical problem in a modified game, then please make sure that it also persists in a game without scripts or mods. Alternatively, if you feel that it is a problem with one of the extensions installed, please visit the respective thread of the extension in the X Rebirth Scripts and Modding forum.
Also note that in order to be able to post in our forums at all, you need to create an account first.
