The default install location for X Rebirth is as follows:
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\X Rebirth
On 64-bit versions of Windows the folder will be under Program Files (x86) rather than Program Files.
If you installed the game to a different location then it will be wherever you put it! If you can't remember where that is then you can perform a search for XRebirth.exe.
Note: If you installed to the default location then on Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 any files subsequently written to the game folder may be placed in a virtual store rather than directly under 'Program Files'. If you are browsing the folders as the same user that you run the game with then this should not be an issue, but otherwise you may need to look under C:\Users\whoever\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\.
